Баскетболистите на Ямбол ще подновят участието си в първенството на ББЛ- А група на 12 януари с мачове в хасковската зала „Дружба“ ,където ще излязат в мач срещу отбора на „Мамбас“. В отбора на съперника много силно играе възпитаникът на ямболската школа Златомир Дончев, а за отбелязване е ,че ямболският тим е съставен изцяло от юноши, като сред картотекираните има трима по-опитни играчи. В групата на Ямбол са още съставите на Локомотив /Пловдив, Хасково, Сливен , Мамбас, 3.6.9 и Златоград. Във временното класиране на група Юг в ББЛ Ямбол е на шестото място с актив от 3 победи и шест загуби и с 12 точки .лидер в таблицата на групата е Локомотив от Пловдив07.01.2025-баскет
